HOME WARRANTY INSURANCE

All new Konic Homes are backed by the most comprehensive third party warranty in BC, commonly referred to as 2-5-10 year warranty insurance as set out by the Homeowner Protection Act of BC. The warranty insurance includes the following coverage:

12 months on the defects in labour and materials for your unit.
2 years on labour and materials related to the major delivery and distribution systems (electrical, plumbing, heating ventilation and air conditioning).
5 years on the building envelope including unintended water penetration.
10 years on the major structure of the home.
